Joined the Nigerian Navy as Naval Rating, but retired after 35 years of meritorious service as a Naval Commodore (NDA 20th Regular Combatant Course). Attended several courses and trainings in England, Germany, Scotland, USA, India, etc.
He also held a Diplomatic appointment as Defence Adviser to Nigeria, in South Africa.
Paul is also a Lawyer; Fellow- Chartered Institute of Mediators and Concilliators (ICMC Nig); Knight of the Church of Nigeria -Anglican Communion; and a genuinely Born Again Christian.
He is married to Lady Ifeoma, and they are both blessed with Children.
