Key Programmes

As an Organisation, there are three key Programmes we are committed to.

These are

1). HAND-TO-HAND:

This is our flagship Programme, and is subdivided into three segments.
Here we believe that, in identified cases of Youth Issues, especially when the case is getting out of control, our structured partnership with the concerned Parents or Guardian will surely produce positive results.

(A) MANAGEMENT AND HANDLING OF JUVENILE DELINQUENTS.

(B) MANAGEMENT AND HANDLING OF “TOO-DIFFICULT-TO-HANDLE” CHILDREN AND YOUTHS. (Situations where children and youths are already gradually getting out of the control of their Parents, or Guardian, and it is becoming increasingly difficult for them to manage them alone.)

(C) GENERAL MENTORING, COUNSELING, AND COACH.

2). YOUTH ADVOCACY:
Noble Youths Association Inc. is also committed to robust Youth advocacy engagements using various tools.
These include:
a. Youth enlightenment and sensitization workshops; seminars (in Schools and other environments); online webinars, podcasts; and publications via other relevant media.
b. Production, management, and distribution of youth advocacy nuggets.
c. Occasional visitation and ministration to Youths in Correction Facilities across Nigeria.
d. Training of Peer Educators within Schools.
e. Annual Youth management Conferences and Lectures.
f. Publication of LIFEBEAT MAGAZINE: Our Christian faith based, family and youth focused, magazine. (see copies of previous editions in the Album / Photo gallery section).
g. Establishment of NOBLE YOUTH CLUBS in various Schools and localities to act as catalyst, and serve as anchor through which the Vision of the Organisation will drill down.

3). YOUTH AIDS:
a. Educational incentives to exceptional students within our radar of influence; and Scholarships to select (Indigent / Fatherless / Orphan) Children / Youths (8 – 25yrs).
(see photos of first set of scholarship beneficiaries in the Photo section. Several other scholarships are currently running)
b. Youth empowerment, skills acquisition / skills development fairs.
